If you are feeling overwhelmed, or just stumped on what to eat, to achieve this ‘eating in perfect balance plan,’ you can follow along with what I ate, day-by-day. The link to each day’s menu plan is below. It certainly works! My transformation proves that. If you come across something which I like, but you don’t, just refer to the protein, carbs, or fat lists on this website, and substitute my choice with something you do like, or go to the recipes section of this website, or the many extra ones in the book, or provided to members of the Turn Back Time Patreon community, and pick something that has the same number of blocks as I ate.
I tried to eat at 8am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, 7pm and 10pm; a mix of snacks and meals. I didn’t always achieve it! You might do better than me and lose more than me! The meal plans below are included, chapter-by-chapter, in the book that accompanies this website.
