The whole point of this 60-day challenge is to show you how much difference you can make in your body, just by eating in perfect balance, without any processed food or refined sugar. I took photographs of my body throughout the period to document the change.

For one month, I did no exercise at all. I simply followed the recommended food blocks. As my body grew leaner, I started some exercise each day.

Here is the picture of my body taken on Day 1 of the challenge.

Here is my body after one week.

Here is my body after two weeks.

Here is my body after four weeks (no exercise so far up to this point).

Here is my body after six weeks (after two weeks of exercise).

Here is my body after eight weeks, when I hit the 60 day mark.

I am suddenly fitting into clothes I have not been able to wear for years, and my legs have greatly slimmed too. All my skin has pulled in, leaving no saggy folds.

My starting measurements were 42 – 37 – 43.

My 60-day measurements were 35.5 – 28.75 – 36.5.

The photo below is Day 90 – still going! Measurements: 35 – 27 – 36

Below are my pictures at 4 months (120 days).

Measurements remain about the same as Day 90, but I have now lost 30 lbs and all my clothes are so loose.

As well as changes to my bust, stomach and hips, from day 1 – day 60, my arms started pulling in. Below, pictures of my ‘bingo wings’ on day one.

Here are pictures of my ‘bingo wings’ on day 60, after eight weeks of eating in balance, and four weeks of arm exercises. The muscles are developing, and the saggy under arms are pulling up. There is a long way to go. My arm should probably be half this width, but it is a good start.
