Anti-Viral Foods

The following foods are a huge support to our immune system. They are especially helpful for eliminating any of the so-called ‘auto-immune’ conditions (Rheumatoid Arthritis, ME, CFS, Myalgia, MS, thyroid conditions etc) which are being caused by the Epstein Barr Virus, which I explain in the book and the podcast series.

Ideally, you should eat all of these foods at least once a week, rotating them daily. You should certainly eat them if you are ill.

Wild blueberries – flushes out toxins

Celery – provides essential minerals and salts

Brussels Sprouts – gives zinc and selenium to boost the immune system
